Claremont Graduate University (CGU) is a graduate university in Claremont, California, and I partnered with the school on multiple illustration-led projects supporting both external and internal brand initiatives. I created a large-scale, hand-illustrated map of California highlighting key landmarks and activities across the state, along with a complementary illustrated Claremont-area map, using bespoke illustration to celebrate the university’s regional identity; these visuals were also adapted into a large-format banner for on-campus use. In a separate project, I designed a custom illustrated graphic for “Clare,” CGU’s internal creative studio website, which was further adapted into a banner highlighting the different areas across campus that actively utilize the creative studio—reinforcing internal awareness, collaboration, and the studio’s role within the broader CGU community.
